Guest guest Posted November 2, 2010 Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 Our GIG branch manager went and met with the local PF Chang's manager when they opened here in Eugene, OR. The manager showed Diane how they take special precautions including placing it on a separate colored plate and having the plate be signed off twice by a manager or chef before it is placed on the table.
