Hey Silly Yaks... There is a new brand of Gluten Free Products out there that

I've just tried, and they are FAB-U-LOUS! It's an Italian Company called

Cinque e Cinque (and no I can't pronounce that either ;-) But they have Marinara

Sauce and also baking mixes for FRITATA :-) Their fritatas are made with

Chickpea flour, they are GF, nut-free, dairy free, and vegan.... high protein,

low fat, and low glycemic. (So pretty much, AMAZING!) I really enjoyed the

Savory Rosemary. They also have Traditional and Tuscan Fiery Chili. =D

Actually, the company is called Lucini, and the farnanita mixes are called Cinque e Cinque (because the faranita & a piece of bread both were around 5 cents years ago) - and you're right, the sauces are great too!
