Sol, the soy content of gHP is zero; all that's there is absolutely

pure free-form amino acids (originally from soy). Address below:

Do you consider lecithin " originally made from soy " also, but no

longer " soy " per se? I guess I'm asking something I've been unable to

verify elsewhere, and thought you might know the answer to--does

lecithin contain or exhibit the absorption inhibiting effects of

unfermented soy foods, or does it still exhibit the goitrogenic effects

of unfermented soy foods? My guess is lecithin is too far removed from

it's original source soy to be a problem, but I'm not certain.
