Hamburger buns A.K.A. Dutch Crunch Rolls at Zest

We finally have a fantastic option in the bay area for true deli-style gluten

free Dutch crunch rolls that are also terrific hamburger buns! Zest Bakery in

San now makes the most amazing option that I have seen for a very tasty,

large and noncrumbling gourmet deli style roll and they also make gourmet deli

sandwiches now!!! Their smaller foccacia rolls are also really great. That is

the first real not minarure sandwich that I have had in over two years-what a

treat. Additionally if you can't do dairy or soy, they make a fantastic almond

milk latte.
