I have been taking the Nerve Formula (Dr. 's) for the past

few weeks, and though it has helped with insomnia and tremors, I have

noticed some problems. The past few days I have been experiencing

numbness and tingling in my arms and hands. Is this a common side

effect of the Nerve Formula? Should I be concerned or does this just

mean its working? I thought, maybe I shouldn't take this everyday, go

a few days without it or maybe just take it when I have difficulty

sleeping or when my tremors are out of control. What do you suggest?

Again thank you for all the helpful information everyone has been

sharing with me. The Parkinson's info and Copper info has been great.

Hi Anne,

How much are you taking how often and in what format (tea, capsules,

extract)? Has anything in your diet changed at all? If you are taking

this as directed and suggested then you should have no problems. To

the best of my knowledge there are no known side effects to taking

this remedy. However, everyone is different. I would suggest that you

continue using it, at the dosages recommended though, as most likely

it is working and doing what it needs to do to repair your nerves.

Have you done the total body cleanse yet? Bowel, kidney/bladder and

liver/gallbladder cleanses? If not I would highly recommend that you

do as well as eating much more raw foods (green leafy vegetables and

fruits) in order to give your body the necessary vitamins and minerals

that it is lacking in. You might also consider taking some extra plant

enzymes as well. If you are cooking your food or eating a lot of mucus

forming foods then you should really consider changing to a raw diet

cutting out all dairy, processed foods, refined foods and meat.

Hi Anne,

Is you plan to get off all of these medications? Is someone helping you?

Are you getting good care and guidance form a qualified practitioner?

That's a lot of heavy duty medication- I just want to see you be as

safe and well as possible- I'd be very careful and be sure you are in

very good care.

Hi Anne,

You are on some pretty heavy duty drugs there. I am really sorry to see

that. However, you should consider weaning yourself off of them if

possible. However, do it with the help of your primary care physician.

Let him/her know you want off and work to get off. There are more

natural ways of handling your problems besides using prescribes drugs.

For your blood pressure I would suggest you taking cayenne, Hawthorne

Berries, ginger and garlic. All raw of course. For Dysmenorrhea there

are lots of really good herbal solutions instead of using oral

contraceptives. Here is one you can try:

1/2 ounce Squaw Vine (a repens)

1/2 ounce Red Raspberry leaves (Rubus idaeus)

1/2 ounce Uva ursi leaves (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi)

1/2 ounce Golden Seal root (Hydrastis canadensis)

1/2 ounce White Poplar or quaking aspen inner bark (Populus tremuloides)

Simmer the herbs in 1 quart of distilled water down to 1 1/2 pints;

strain, sweeten, allow to cool, bottle and keep in a cool place. Take 2

fluid ounces 3 to 4 times a day.

Taking cayenne, ginger, garlic will also help with dysmenorrhea as well

because they help to stimulate blood flow and help to tone organs. Black

Cohosh will be good for tremors.

Have you done any bowel cleansing Anne? What exactly is your diet

like both fluids and solids? What nutritional supplements are you

currently taking?

Peace, love and light,
