gluten free baking workshop in Cupertino Tues April 5

I just got the new ACE catalog and there is a gluten free baking workshop at

Cupertino High School on Tuesday April 5 - 6-9:30 PM. Cost is $30 for the class

+ $15 for materials.

I feel pretty comfortable with my baking these days but figure I'm bound to get

some tips that will make things even better. The instructor does not specialize

in gluten free cooking so it will be interesting to hear what techniques she's

developed since she can readily compare the results with gluten counterparts. I

am a bit nervous about whether the high school kitchen will be safe - I guess if

the instructor does not bring safe tools I'll get up and leave.
