Guest guest
Ok was all excited they had gluten free cupcakes. Bought two to eat. After purchase asked as a side note if they were nut free and they said no the vanilla ones had almond extract in them. I was pretty upset and told them it should be labeled as such and they pointed to a fine print on their wall say the standard " this item is made in a facility that also makes items with nuts " which is not the same as labeling a product that contains nuts in it. They did not seem to care or even offer me a refund!
Guest guest
Isn’t this the same cupcake people who have their GF cupcakes in the same display case as the gluten ones? Touching them, even? It sure sounds to me like they are not concerned at all with people’s health & safety. They seem to be more in it for the “trend”, if that makes sense. I know one thing: with all the complaints I have heard about them over the years, I will never purchase anything they make.
