I have not been able to find a good hot dug or hamburger bun that my son really likes, and I'm wondering if anyone has. 2. I'm also wanting to make my own buns, and am looking for pans that work--has anyone had any success? I tried making my own tin-foil rings for hamburger buns and it was a mess. And it seems like regular hot dog pans would not work, since the GF batter is going to be thinner and stickier than wheat batter.... 3. And finally, I was figuring I'd try the recipe from 1,000 Gluten Free Recipes, but I also came across this egg-based one, which sounds very strange, but I like that it's higher in protein....has anyone tried it? http://www.glutenfreehub.com/egg-based-gluten-free-hot-dog-buns/ Or does anyone have any other recipes they like?
