Guest guest Posted January 2, 2008 Report Share Posted January 2, 2008 Hi there, I started taking virgin coconut oil about 2 weeks ago (3 tablespoons) per day with meal for treating candida. I also take enzymes supplement and natural yogurt for probiotics. I saw some die-off in the first 1.5 day but after that I am not sure what is happening. I still have anxiety now and then and seems more irritated if I am hungry before meal time. I was wondering if I should be taking more coconut oil or taking it in between meals rather than with meals. Are the effects " diluted " when I take it with meal. Does anyone know?
