Thermage treatments (was: Ah, vanity)

Thermage is being touted in the popular press, and was outlined by in

this post as a less invasive procedure than a face lift:

Unfortunately it seems to have many drawbacks. Two out of three people I

saw interviewed who had the treatment wouldn't do it again (because the

change wasn't worth it) and it only lasts a very limited amount of time

(about 18 months). Then one has to go in for the treatment again. It costs

several thouand dollars.

I'm going to have to wait for something cheaper, simpler, less expensive.
