Guest guest Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 I had my weekly Weight Watchers weigh-in, and I'm down another 1.4 lbs. I was stuck in a plateau for about a month, but found that by making one change I was able to break that plateau: specifically, I made baby carrots my snack rather than rice cakes (which are fairly nutritionally empty.) My ideal objective is to lose 1 lb a week or 4 lbs a month. I would be happy to lose an average of 2 lbs per month to reach my CRON weigh (20% of my set point) by the end of this year.
