Guest guest
Rodney: a flaw in your hypothesis (?) . Nobody probably lived til the ripe old ages we see today (where we can't sleep). No doubt as soon as someone started slowing down (35? 40?) they were picked off by some predator. Or as soon as someone's eyesight or hearing were not as sharp as it once was, and their reactions started slowing, or they couldn't run (from danger) so fast........ In fact, isn't it true that the average lifespan of prehistoric and even almost modern man was only around 35 and it's only in the last few hundred years that we've seen such old farts around (and I include myself among them) ??? on 2/23/2004 10:21 AM, Rodney at perspect1111@... wrote: > It would not be good for the group in the cave if those aged 15 to 40 > did not sleep well.
