Guest guest Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 I like Carlsons oil a lot. It tastes good. Given that I take a tablespoon a day, that is important to me. I trust the purity. No proof for that. But the folks who distrust Carlson to be Mercury and Cadmium free tend to be frightened of all animal and fish products. I also supplement with additional vitamin A since Carson's cod liver oil is low in vitamin A.
