Guest guest
I just use it straight out of the jar at night. A little goes a long way! It's the best moisturizer I've ever used on my face. Results were visible within a few days and my sensitive skin did not react adversely. Maureen On Jan 14, 2008, at 4:54 PM, mzgailc wrote: > Has anyone made homemade moisturizer using VCO? A toner? Guest guest
Hello: Moisturizer can be made from VCO and any essential oil (fragrance), just heat them up gently together. You can buy little bottles of fragrant VCO from Nature's Blessings at http://store.naturesblessings.com.ph/4boof10scvic.html I use it all over, even as a deodorant. Guest guest
I use it straight, also. Just a little after my shower and then blot any excess with the damp towel. It was a slight adjustment from using facial moisurizer (which is slicker). My teenaged daugher uses the oil on any blemishes that pop up. It helps them to heal quickly. -Patty > > > Has anyone made homemade moisturizer using VCO? A toner? Can VCO be > > used to remove mascara? Face cream? Body cream using VCO? But I use it everywhere else. Making creams is like making mayonnaise, sometimes a batch would fail, and I didn't like the clean up much either. LOL using it for skin care straight is part of my " keep it simple " campaign. > sol
Guest guest
One of my customer, with a very smooth face, in mid-forties, is using VCO to remove make-up, before she washes her face with soap and water. Guest guest
Thanks for replying; It would be great to find a better way to remove mascara before applying VCO on my face; the organic way.
