Guest guest
I've tried lots of breads and cookies, from scratch, ready made , and mixes---by far my kids prefer stuff from the Really Great Food Company www.reallygreatfood.com The neighborhood kids love the cookies too Kate
Guest guest
Last week I found a Spelt bread in the supermarket. It was really great, but at the price I had to pay, I'd like to try making my own. Per the ingredient list, there was spelt flour, yeast, salt and water in it. Is there anyone out there who has made or experimented with making spelt bread? Any clues about handling the dough, e.g., did you use a machine to knead it or do it by hand. From what I've read on-line, it seems it can be a delicate matter in the handling. Thanks. - Ruth
Guest guest
We have tried several and like the Kinnikinnick White Sandwich bread best (lightly toasted.) Not sure of the spelling, but that is close. Hope this helps! Pam in Missouri http://pam.ismyangel.net http://pamsstudio.blogspot.com bread Has anyone found a decent GFCF bread? I want something store bought and something that looks and at least somewhat tastes kind of like real bread. I know I'm asking for the moon. The frozen blocks of styrofoam rice bread at the health food store just aren't cutting it with my son. I'm willing to order online.
