These are neat three-dimensional diagrams showing the relationships between BMI and age for a variety of key variables. Yes, the lowest BMIs are always the best. 3. If their data are for real no one should start CR until they have permanently stopped smoking. Mortality rates are a lot higher for smokers with lower BMIs, or much lower LDLs .......... Those who smoke should start by digesting the chart on page 16. 4. As an example the first two diagrams show LDL levels by age, BMI and gender. Others do the same for HDL, Total cholesterol, total to HDL ratio, LDL to HDL ratio, triglycerides, diastolic and systolic BP, fasting blood glucose. Rodney.
