Guest guest
Rodney's post made me think about what incites hunger for me. My factors: .. not getting sufficent sleep. If I am sleep deprived, my hunger is almost insatiable. .. eating high GI foods .. eating at infrequent intervals .. insufficent variety .. insufficent bulk .. emotional states: sadness, loneliness, boredom Just wondering about other CRONERS. Guest guest
I often can go many more hours than usual without food if I am mentally engaged or very busy with something. Others have posted that they notice this too. You might get a fleeting moment or two of hunger and then it passes and your mind is back at the absorbing activity. So put your mind on other things and/or substitute another activity for (over) eating. Also see our " Aids and Tips " file for ways to abate hunger that have worked for other CRONIES. on 3/5/2004 2:02 PM, bernadettepawlik at bernadettepawlik@... wrote: > Rodney's post made me think about what incites hunger for me.
