Okay Anne,

Not too bad so far. I know that getting off the meds is going to take

time. This I understand. This is why I suggested you talking with your

doctor about this and seeking his/her help and support. You can do this,

Anne, and we are here to offer you the support you need.

About Pasta, doesn't matter what it is made from it still contains

GLUE-ten and this stuff is what plugs up the digestive system. Just like

drinking glue. If you are going to eat pasta make it a once in awhile

affair.

Drinking water and juice is very good just make sure the water you drink

is either highly filtered, RO or distilled and that your juices are

fresh squeezed or freshly juiced. I am sure this is what you are following.

Very good on the organic eggs and cutting way down on the beef. If you

are going to eat chicken do try and eat only organic. Also don't mix

your protein with starches or carbs. Makes it much harder for the body

to digest either one. Do increase your intake of leafy green vegetables

lots. I can't stress this one enough. Eat em raw, juice em however you

wish but preferrable is raw. Hopefully you aren't using any refined

products or table salt.

Cayenne, garlic and ginger will all help with your BP. Eating raw garlic

will help lower and stabalize your BP, cayenne will regulate your whole

circulatory system as well as tonify or strengthen your veins and

arterial walls making them more elastic thus equalizing your blood

circulation. I would strongly suggest that you begin using cayenne

powder at about 1/8 teaspoon twice a day and gradually work up to 1

teaspoon 3 times a day. This will give your body a wonderful boost and

should allow you to come off the BP meds easier.

Make sure you are taking some quality supplements that include all the

B's, Vit C, E, A, and get plenty of sun for the D. Also make sure you

are getting enough probiotics into your system. All green leafy veggies

are high in Potassium. They also contribute lots of others minerals and

vitamins. You will also need Selenium, which you can get from eating

Brazil nuts. Do eat lots of fresh fruits too. Basically you should be

eating predominantly raw fruits and vegetables with a protein (if you

feel you need it) or with the carbs but don't combine protein and starches.

Are you engaging in any exercise right now? Do try and get out for a

good walk, brisk if possible but a walk none-the-less. This will allow

you to get some fresh air (hopefully) and the sun.

It will take time for you to wean off the meds but I know you can do it.

I believe in you and your strength.

Peace, love and light,

Don Quai
