I blend a pound of cocnut oil and a pound of salted butter with a

blender stick when the ingredients are warm enough to be soft. I

then freeze, the break into small chunks which I refrigerate. The

butter + VCO tastes yummy to me.

I put it in my tea . You stir the tea as you drink it or you would be

drinking the pure coconut oil since it floats. You can add it to warm

oatmeal,spread some on toast. you can mix it with chocolate to make a candy, put

it in soup. mix it with butter and put some on your vegetables. some people make

smoothies with it. If you add it to the smoothy as a liquid oil to a cold

smoothy do it while the blender is on . coconut oil will harden up when it gets

cold but it will be in tiny, tiny little flakes.

Wow thankyou I keep hearing this tble spoons of oil and I can just not see me

taking a tble spoon of oil into my mouth with nothing. Just me.

I have been cooking with it and I have used it on toast in place of butter. I

have noticed that it goes to the while solid state again very quickly.

This morning I cooked some eggs in coconut oil I put the the eggs and the

coconut oil on my plate as to not waste the oil. On the side of my plate was

strawberries and melon and the oil moved to it and formed a while flim around

it.

It tasted good on the strawberries and melon.

Thank you for the tips of putting in tea, hot cereals,soups, and smoothies.

Just thought of putting on warm potato salad even a baked potatoe. Thanks for

opening my eyes to it uses. Can use it just like I would butter from the sounds

of things.
