Guest guest
melly, there is tuba in nagcarlan, liliw and magdalena. but you have to ask the coconut farmer to bring it to you as soon as it is collected. Otherwise its going to ferment. Are you back home? Tess
Guest guest
Gee, Tess thanks for that info. I am still here in Austin and will arrive Manila June 30. Can i go directly to the farmers to drink the freshly harvested tuba early in the morning? I remember when i was a kid i tasted it and loved it; couldn't stop and my parents had to pull me away otherwise i could get drunk when it fermented in my stomach. Is it not dangerous, meaning those areas have insurgents? I admire your braveness to be at the foot of Mt. Banahaw. They drove our friend away from there. Guest guest
Dear , I am off to Mt. Banahaw now...that is where our plant is, right at its very foot and we do a lot of community work with the people there. We have a different situation now...insurgents? I have no information about this but i have heard talks. All our clients and friends have been with us up there and they just loved and enjoyed the place too. Roulac of Nutiva was there with us and we have also brought Bruce and there including Daugherty and Schodorf of Essential Living Foods. And now we are bringing with us some American friends again. 's situtaion is another story...lets make kwento when you come. Yes, do call me immediately. my domestic number is 8256663 (Manila) Tess
