Guest guest
Essential for me: flaxseed oil, seeds, flour in a variety of things. Romaine, cups and cups of it. Eggs, nuts, berries, lean protein about 2-4 ounces a day 5-6 days a week. Bread made with sprouted wheat, some soy, sunflower seeds and oat and flax flour. Broccoli, tomatoes, cukes, homemade curry salad dressing, my primary protein is fish, but eat beef once a week....a very small amount. Real butter, almond, olive and peanut oil for oils, occasionally peanut butter.
Guest guest
Just wondering (and no...this is not about Atkins!,) what foods you consider it essential to eat on a daily and weekly basis. Thanks, everyone!
Guest guest
Don't know that any foods are essential. Perhaps variety is more essential. >From: " bernadettepawlik " <bernadettepawlik@...> >Reply- > >Subject: [ ] Must Eats >Date: Wed, 11 Feb 2004 20:49:28 -0000 > >Just wondering (and no...this is not about Atkins!,) what foods you >consider it essential to eat on a daily and weekly basis. > >Thanks, everyone! >
Guest guest
Fresh salad veggies are a must for me every day. In response to a similar question ( " What do you eat? " ) a few months ago. these were the replies: /message/9562 /message/9563 had a good response: variety. See the file: " Checklist for CRON Variety " as well as various files on what CRONIES eat. on 2/11/2004 4:12 PM, Dowling at dowlic@... wrote: > Don't know that any foods are essential. Those are my staples. Also....at least one, preferably more than one trip to a restaurant called SWEET TOMATOES. It's and all you can eat salad bar buffet with hot food too.
