c/o application for female yeast infections ???

just curious if there is a recom way the c/o can be taken for female

related yeast infections.

iow should the c/o be mixed w/anything before being put into the

vagina or what is the best way to do it?

I have a friend who had a very persistant and annoying vaginal yeast

infection. I had given her some kefir to drink. I told her to douche

with it and she finally, after months, experienced immediate relief. I

don't know about using the coconut oil, sorry. But I have found cocnut

oil to be very healing for many ailments and conditions.

Apple Cider Vinegar is also good. Just wash with it.

Is also good to just take orally too - helps with a lot of things such as

alkalinity and general health.
