Why aren't there any serial Killers who are LP

OK, I'm sure the tag line grabbed your attention or at least made you think

" what the heck? " . Well in Rochester, NY there is a person on trial for

murder (been convicted) who murdered a 2 year old and a 14 year old and

stabbed two women (same family). His defense lawyer is saying that they

shouldn't sentence him to death because as a child he was picked on and

tormented by classmates and was a shy child with a learning disability.

OK, based on that lame excuse that he was picked on as a child wouldn't it

make sense that we are all on the brink of mass murder? How come I haven't

heard of any LP freaking out and killing people?
