Guest guest
Just FYI, I took advice given here and re-evaluated the supps I was taking. Interesting (to me anyhow) that looking back at the foods I ate last year (as recorded on fitday.com) that the only things I was consistantly low in were Calcium, Vit D, phosphorus, Magnesium, and Selenium (interesting b/c the first 3 are so closely related) - so now I'm just taking enough supps to meet the standards for what I'm not getting in my diet, and will be working on incorporating foods with more of these. As for software, I took at look at the DWIPD software (demo version) and actually found it a bit less intuitive and a little ackward to use compared to fitday.com. So I tried out the new Fitday for PCs, and I really like it. Same great, easy to use food lists, etc, plus you can catoragize by meal, reason for eating (to improve emotional eating), record moods (possibly see corolation between moods and food choices), and it even gives the ability to look up foods by a specific nutrient, etc - and only costs $20. (no, I don't own stock or anything, not even sure who makes it). Just thought I'd let you all know. Not trying to move anyone away from Dr. Walford's product though! Thanks again for the great advice, Shanna
