Since this is the " Coconut Oil " , can we please return to proper

discussions. The conversations lately have been all over the place and

certainly off topic.

Helen, I would love to learn more from you about coconut oil. I am still

having difficulty digesting it after trying for several months. I am using

Premier Coconut Oil from Premier Research Labs which is virgin, 100% raw,

non GMO and processed without heat according to ancient Ayurvedic tradition.

The oil originates from Kerala, India.

I am using digestive enzymes, which has helped but not solved the gastric

explosions after using the coconut oil.
