herring of the proper type is difficult to get. russianfoods,com will have

it, but prepare to send them a lot of money. If there are some ethic food

stores in your area this might be a good bet. New York. for example, would

have russian food stores that have the "proper" type of herring.

Hi ,

I did also see your response to my earlier e-mail to you.

This is part of dealing with CML for you....because of this dx, you had to

leave the service and now you need to find a new goals that will be just as

fulfilling for you. It will happen, but it will take some time.

We each have ways in which having CML affects our lives and our plans.

So I still think all the suggestions about counseling or in person support

groups are good ideas....the more you can talk about this, the more you

will discover what path you want to follow next. Don't minimize the

emotional impact of CML...it is just as important to deal with as the

physical disease.

We are glad you are back on the list and sharing your thoughts with us.
