May I ask you Dr Jerry WineBrenenr, why are you not so fond of the VCO?

Is it just a taste thing, or do you have a reason why you dont like taking

it? I'm interested in knowing if its just a personal preference or do you

know something negative about using it?

I'm asking in reference to it being healthy or not in your

oponion.

I have been gradually increasing the amount that ive been using over the

last few weeks till I work it up to at least 3 tbs daily, from what ive read

mostly everywhere it seems to be the recommended amount.

I am using it along with a low fat, low carb, low sugar diet to try to stay

healthy and to try to lost weight.

I am losing but it is very slow.

I'm a female, 59 years old, so I guess its harder to lose weight

at this age, but, I figure that if I just keep doing everything right and

keep using the coconut oil it will eventually come off. ( I hope, anyway).

I love the coconut oil, right off the spoon its fine for me, but I usually

add it to vegetables, tea, and anything that I would have normally used oil

or butter.

I also love using it on my skin, and hai also..

I've been doing so much reading about the benefits of using VCO and have

come to love it.

I will be going for routine blood work for my cholesterol this coming week

and am hoping that it will be good. That will 100% totally convince me that I

am doing the right thing. Also, I take omega 3 fatty acids in the form of

fish oil. Those are the only oils I use in my diet and hope i'm doing the right

thing.

Anyone and everyone please feel free to comment. Thanks & hope everyone

will

have a good weekend .

angela
