Guest guest
Hi Dennis: Great stuff. Those are very interesting numbers. So, as your total body weight dropped by 9.6% (from 260 lbs to 235), your fat weight fell by 23.6% (from 85.8 lbs to 65.6) and your lean body mass by 2.8% (from 174.2 lbs to 169.4) ***PLEASE*** keep us all updated on this (body weight and BF%) as time goes by. It will be useful for everyone to get an idea about how the weight loss process works. (Until mentioned here, I didn't realize that lean body mass naturally will drop as well as fat. As someone noted recently, we don't need as much lean body mass to do the job of carting around a 150 lb body as is needed for a 200 lb body). This also means that my 'BF = 10%' weight will be quite a bit lower than I had originally thought, because I hadn't factored in a drop in lean body mass. Rodney. > > > Hello you all, my name is .
