Guest guest
Is it necessary to add vitamin E capsule to the coconut oil if one is using it on one's skin? I've been applying it to my skin for months and am wondering if there would be extra benefit in opening up a tocotrienol or vitamin E capsule, etc into it. Problem is that most vitamin E caps contain soy or other rice-bran oil...

Guest guest
I don't know about the vitamin E, but i am curious if your skin has improved from using coconut oil. how much do you put on your skin? In the day or night? how has your skin changed from using it? also, did it cause any acne? my skin seems to be detoxing as i am going more and more natural. i've stopped having processed foods, drinking kefir and spring water, replaced my consumer products with natural..stopped using acne medicine topically, etc... and i use vco in cooking and a tiny amt on my face. i love how it makes my skin so soft..but i have been having tiny breakouts. i am hoping it is just a detox and i need to be patient. i took medicine daily for 6 years. who knows. but that is why i asked if applying vco on your face caused your skin to breakout. thanks. vandana > > Is it necessary to add vitamin E capsule to the coconut oil if one is using > it on one's skin?
