Guest guest
This is from an obviously biased source, the American Zinc Association. But for what it may be worth: " In a 1994 summary publication appearing in the Journal for Medical Research, Dr. Schauss reports that studies from Stanford, University of Kentucky, and University of California at found that most anorexics and many bulimics are zinc deficient. A five-year study showed an astounding 85 percent remission rate of anorexia nervosa in patients given a zinc supplementation. Using zinc supplements resulted in weight gain, better body function and improved mental outlook. " http://www.iza.com/zhe_org/Articles/Art-10.htm Rodney.
