Guest guest
I drink Sucralose fruit punch (12 flavors, 100% fruit juice, 1 tsp/pint ) about 1 hour prior to eating. This drink greatly blunts hunger to prevent over-eating, since I eat only once daily. I also enjoy guar pudding after the punch and before meals to further prevent over-eating. The total amount of soup consumed is 2 quarts, all of which is solid except for about a pint of liquid. The soup liquid is poured into a blender filled with homegrown sprouts to create a sprout mixture that I can drink. (My teeth are poor) The soup solids are delicious. The homegrown sprouts ground up in the soup broth make even the worst tasting sprouts (mustard, radish) tasty. There is some chewing of the soup solids, since the veggies are only half cooked. Chewing stimulates saliva flow helpful for digestion. I will also sometimes chew on the most delicious sprouts (sunflower). -- Warren On 14 Feb 2004, Dan Manes wrote: > From: " Warren " > > > The evening meal (for me) is CR soup (made once or twice > > a week and warmed up), along with veggies and toppings. > > How do you reconcile the whole soup eating thing with the whole > " not drinking during meals " thing? The liquid content of each is no more than that of a thick soup. Good question. Thanks for your interest and for asking.
