A dear niece sent us some of the above brand tea - ginger and lemon ginger

flavors. These are delicious!!

I have probably saved several hundred calories already by drinking a cup of

yogi tea instead of reaching for a snack.

I love both lemon and ginger. And love cinnamon and cocoa too.

Favorite spice flavors:

1) cocoa

2) cinnamon

3) mint

4) anise

5) lemon

6) ginger

7) peppermint

These spices (and oils pressed from these spices and flavors)

are among the most potent edible antioxidant compounds known

to science among all foods. Their antioxidant ratings can be

tens of times higher on a per calorie than other foods.

Put the ground spices/flavors (or the spice oils) directly into

guar-based puddings for an anti-oxidant taste and nutrient treat.
