Guest guest
Answer to a common question that comes up about once a month: Where do you get the flavorings for Sucralose fruit punch & soda pop? Sucralose Fruit Punch = 10 to 15 Cal/pint, far less than soda. Use the 100% fruit juice concentrates (approx 4 to 1 concentrated; found at the supermarket. Make sure there is no sugar added. Use 1 tsp (approx 10 to 15 Cal per tsp) of juice concentrate in a pint of water sweetened with about 6 drops saturated Sucralose (which is equiv to 3 tsp sugar). Sweeten with more or fewer drops to meet your taste preference. Has 10 to 15 Cal per pint. If you like soda, use carbonated water (bubbly fizz club soda) to create Sucralose soda pop. Listing of 100% juice concentrate flavors: 1) orange 2) purple grape 3) apple 4) cherry-apple 5) kiwi-apple 6) mango-apple 7) raspberry-apple 8) strawberry-apple 9) pineapple-orange 10) white grape 11) pear-apple 12) pineapple With enough ice added to cool the fruit punch, the total caloric input is zero (or negative), since the body heat needed to warm it up results in negative calories. -- Warren
