Hi Sailor:

What an interesting suggestion. I have noticed mixed success in

getting back to sleep at 4 am from consciously trying to relax

muscles that might be tense. Next time I will try out your

suggestion. Thanks.

Rodney.

While I agree that relaxation with visualization and/or music can be

VERY helpful, the idea of picturing myself as a sandbag and all my

insides running out through holes in my feet, hands, and butt is

just creepy to me! Makes me either want to giggle and make sick

jokes, or gag - depending on my mood. That's just me though. Glad it

works for others. Visualization for me is usually either

the " feeling very heavy " self-hypnosis type, or a " picture yourself

in your most relaxing place " type - which for me is laying on a

beach, listing to the ocean, and feeling the warm sun and cool

breeze on my skin... ahhhhhh. I'm sleepy already. Unfortunatly I'm

at work, so better think of something else. =)
