Guest guest
You are asking a lot. It is highly unlikely that VCO will do much for astigmatism and near- sightedness. I know of nothing in the way of a supplement, herb or food that will help that. The brain likes fats and VCO might be useful for that. Do you know why your vision is blurred? Sometimes, diabetes can do that but there are other diseases that do that as well. Some of the products I sell may be helpful. I have chosen them because of the quality they are. If you want to know about them, contact me privately. Guest guest
Van, what you're looking for is an anti-aging program that restores and heals what can be restored with more youthful HGH release. HGH release can be improved to youthful levels with certain pure amino acids that are often delivered in a stack, or with HGH injections. A friend in Norway, Bruce Boyd, has had his eyesight improve to the point he no longer needed the glasses that had just been ground, and he's still improving after almost 4 years. The list of improvements one can recognize appears here, with clinical data on percentage of people who respond favourably: http://members.shaw.ca/SomaLife-gHP What heals is damage, not congenital defects; I don't think it's likely that astigmatism would improve, but nearsightedness acquired through aging and focus speed would probably improve. There's no better protocol for recovering organ size and function than an anti-aging program. The brain and kidneys for example shrink by some 30% between the age of 30 and 70; organ size and function can be improved with HGH therapy, at least they were in the kidneys and heart studies (even after a heart attack). HGH increase to a certain level is a requirement for any cell to uptake nutrient and to divide or repair, so you need this in addition to essential nutrients. Brain function improves with essential DHA- and EPA-heavy oils that are used in cell membranes, and also with lecithin, which contains phospatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine. Some herbs such as bacopa monnieri are known to promote mental acuity in people who are not deficient in the essentials, but you can't expect much from it unless the essential needs are met. Another thing to consider in failing mental acuity is " age-related " degeneration, which usually results from oxidative stress from any source including mercury and other metals (even iron!). The research points to oxidative stress as a main driving force behind degeneration; a program of high-alpha-lactalbumin and high-serum albumin whey and selenium is indicated because oxidative stress is always related to low glutathione, production of which is reduced in the elderly, and amounts of which are depleted by toxin load and metals. If you like reading the science, see my glutathione references, especially Paris Kidd's article " Glutathione: Systemic Protectant Against Oxidative and Free Radical Damage " (PDF) and Ralph Dringen's " Metabolism and Functions of Glutathione in Brain " (PDF) near the top of the page: http://tinyurl.com/glutathione-references/ The above should give you sufficient detail for a comprehensive approach to youthfulness including addressing the questions you asked; all that and much more is in my anti-aging protocol, first link on my site: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow all good, Duncan .. > > HI.
