Guest guest
I can't eat carbs during the day or they'll put me to sleep. I don't need much of anything sweet anyway, but here's something I've been doing at night that I've really enjoyed just before bedtime. A slice of bread, I've been using Pepperidge Farm because they state non-brominated flour on the label; Enough VCO (I have Nutiva right now) to melt and cover the bottom of a small frying pan; Medium heat, melt the VCO and lay the bread in the pan for about 2 minutes; Take it out, add more oil, let it melt, do the other side of the bread; Both sides should be golden brown; Slather on some raw honey. Eat with a glass of raw milk. Aw man it's so good. Daddybob No virus found in this outgoing message.
