I use over a gallon of VCO a month. I started VCO over 5 years ago, at

a much smaller daily intake. A 5 gallon pail used to last me more

than a year.

Back 10-40 years ago I had a very hot temper. No idea if my temper

and anger was testosterone related or not. I managed to mellow out

my temper and anger a lot about a decade ago. Since I started taking

VCO at very high doses, I am still Mr.Mellow with no temper problems.

So I have no idea if you are impacted by VCO in a way that I am not,

or if your increase in hormone levels is from something other than

VCO.

Well I¹m just starting to take it very faithfully (got a nice big bucket).

(and plan to make sure I don¹t run out again now)

ly, I¹ve never noticed any increase in energy even when I¹ve taken a

lot and often in the past. (when I first had ordered a bunch in the past

and had plenty)

Is this something you noticed right away(the increased energy), or did it

build up over time?

Do you have indications within your body (besides the blood test) that you

are having high testosterone levels?

I get what you are saying here and I get your concerns...

So I¹m glad you bring it up

I don't notice more energy from VCO much at all, until I stop taking

it. Then I wonder why I'm dragging so much, and realize I've not taken

any VCO for several days.
