I hope Dr. Fife will comment on the dryness of the recipes in his book.

I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what. And also would

like to know if anyone has tried any of the egg substitutes in those

coconut flour recipes? Though, since I saw the note about not using a

substitute for more than 2 of the eggs called for, I'm not sure how much

good that would do me in a recipe calling for a dozen eggs, LOL.
