Guest guest
Wow, that IS the most complete list of egg substitutes I've seen. Thanks. >http://www.thecookinginn.com/eggsub.html I hope Dr. Fife will comment on the dryness of the recipes in his book. I must be doing something wrong, but I don't know what. And also would like to know if anyone has tried any of the egg substitutes in those coconut flour recipes? Though, since I saw the note about not using a substitute for more than 2 of the eggs called for, I'm not sure how much good that would do me in a recipe calling for a dozen eggs, LOL. thanks, sol
