Guest guest
I am wondering about this also. I have been using mag oil for about a year (instead of ingesting magnesium) with great results. I have also been using bioidentical hormone cream .. ?? What are your thoughts on this, Duncan? Guest guest
Hi Chantelle, I needed the magnesium to help me detox .. also for some adrenal issues. I could net get " enough " taking it via pill supplementation. (Not without severe stomach issues anyways) Once I began applying the mag oil, the detox symptoms I had been experiencing disappeared. There is a website .. www.magnesiumforlife.com that goes into the advantages of using transdermal mag oi. I am interested to hear back from Duncan .. to see what his thoughts might be about this type of thing. Guest guest
Glo, my thoughts on hormone cream is that if you were on an anti-aging program and increasing growth hormone you wouldn't need additional hormonal support, and in that case your body retains control of hormonal release rather than being imposed an exogenous and unbalanced hormone dose. Magnesium oil is just a supersaturated water solution. My clients often use epsom salts in their bathwate, with some also getting magnesium in their cal/mag 1:1 supplement.
