Rodney: FWIW, we do often post where to buy stuff such as: Whole Foods,

Trader Joe's etc. So the topic is not " that far " off.

Also, a few off topic posts now and then don't hurt. So for now please post

your views if you feel they would add to the discussion.

I do ask that people be civil and polite, not only with this topic but at

all times.

From first hand experience I would say that Walmart is one of the best

things that ever happened to our small town. Great jobs, a wider

selection of products than we have ever had, greatly improved the tax

base for the town, puts money in a lot of people pockets because they

save a lot of money by shopping at Walmart. It has made a real

improvement in our lives. I love Walmart, one of my favorite stores.

(no financial interest, just a customer).

Would you mind telling us the small town? Or at least if not the exact name

of your town, approximately where it is located?

In general, the more commerce there is at lower prices,

with variety and freedom to choose, the better the public

is served. Free enterprise...

Let everybody choose, and the choice that works best for

you is *your* choice. -- Warren
