Spacing the time out more would require me to take supplements all day long and it’s then too easy to forget something. I would love to hear what others think. I know the cup needs to be empty by bedtime. As a nutritionist, I sometimes put people on a regimen, and then I'll package their daily supplements in sealed cellophane packets. I also take packets when I'm on the road. They keep nicely in a pocket or purse, even after opened.
