I doubt that I would have been obese 3 months ago if I "knew." Vegetarian or Meat? Soy or no Soy? Low Carb or high Carb, these are all the issues of the day and see none of them as obvious! But I do think I understand your post a little better. Following one's intution is not a bad plan, You know. Knowing is half the fun. DOING is the real deal. element of truth to this.
