need? When does it need it? How much is Too much? How much is too less? These

Don’t you know? You’ve studied nutrition. You’ve listened to your stomach

growl. You care about your health. You’ve weighed yourself on a scale—maybe

had your bodyfat percentage checked. You’ve read upteen zillion books on

the subject. You’ve had a

thorough annual physical. Still you

ask, “What/when/how much should I eat?” Can you honestly, sincerely tell me that

you don’t know?

You know. Knowing is half the fun. DOING is the real deal.
