This is a classic beging the question non answer. What does the body need? When does it need it? How much is Too much? How much is too less? These are the questions. Guest guest
Don’t you know? You’ve studied nutrition. You’ve listened to your stomach growl. You care about your health. You’ve weighed yourself on a scale—maybe had your bodyfat percentage checked. You’ve read upteen zillion books on the subject. You’ve had a thorough annual physical. Still you ask, “What/when/how much should I eat?” Can you honestly, sincerely tell me that you don’t know? You know. Knowing is half the fun. DOING is the real deal. -----Original Message----- From: Dennis De Jarnette [mailto:positivedennis@...] Sent: Friday, March 05, 2004 2:35 PM Subject: Re: [ ] The Insanely Simply Diet & Beging the question Suzanne Cart wrote: It is.
