Just eliminating 100 calories a day = 700 cal a week. Doesn't sound like

much? Well over one year of your life this would be 36,400 cal!!. And over

the remaining years of your life, many multiples more than that.

So very small changes can make an enormous difference.

You don't have to go to great lengths to make a difference in your health !!
