Guest guest
I just bought some whey concentrate - un-flavored - we have been mixing it in juice, water, soy milk and even in our coffee (mines iced). Only 90 calories and 19 gr of protein!! Is suppose to help with blood sugar and even weight loss - you sure do feel full if you drink it before meals and wait about a half hour or so before eating.
