Guest guest Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 I've been having a nightly drink mixture of guar with nonfat Swiss Miss chocolate mix which has helped to curb my nighttime munchies. I'm wondering if is safe (and or even advisable) to add a guar drink or guar sprinkled on food at each eating occasion?
