Muscle aches and exercise

Lately I have been experiencing mild to moderate aching muscles in

the legs and arms. I must admit my exercise has fallen off a bit and

I seem much more stiff. This is the first time I've ever experienced

this. Any thoughts? I'm thinking the benefits of Yoga and CR can not

be underestimated to maintain constant flexibility. Also, a last

question: A Pilates studio just opened across from my office-Anyone

have experience with it?
