The feeling of liberation from food is one of the most

exhilarating feelings possible to experience.

By seeing how easy and natural eating but once a day is,

(the warrior diet), one gains extra time for living and

new freedom from the burdens of handling food -- and new

freedom from the burden of making decisions about food

all day long.

A great secret and valuable truth is discovered. One is

no longer captive to eating urges, enslaved by decisions

about what to eat, when to eat, and how to stop!

You are liberated. You are free from food temptations,

and you are free all day long. This feeling will last

for a lifetime.

An evening meal seems best, after the day's work is done,

to recharge the body with food and sleep.

Free from food at last. Notice also the warm feeling of

calmness, peace, assurance, and self-control during the day.

A religious person proclaims a gift from God -- and so might

it be -- since we are adapted by God or nature (you choose)

to eat less frequently (if our work is not too strenuous),

after the day's work is done -- a " warrior " style diet.
