Guest guest
Hi , I recall an article that targeted sardines causing seal deaths in cold waters (and polluted). I think it was: PMID: 2609721 /PMID: 8588316. These abstracts name a virus, but when I first read the article it made me think twice about eating more sardines. What type sardines do you feel are safest to eat? Are herring safer? Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: " Dowling " <dowlic@...> < > Sent: Tuesday, February 10, 2004 2:18 AM Subject: RE: [ ] DNA & RNA > It's tough for me to imagine such a " deficiency " is a real, but, apparently, > herring and sardines have a high RNA and DNA content. > >
Guest guest
Thanks, JW. I had not known of any diseases associate with sardines and herring, but I'll look around for what the stories might be. Nothing is absolutely safe. I'd stick with suppliers or brands you beleive are repuatable and have a good record. >From: " jwwright " <jwwright@...> >Reply- >< > >Subject: Re: [ ] DNA & RNA sardines >Date: Wed, 11 Feb 2004 08:47:14 -0600 > >Hi , >I recall an article that targeted sardines causing seal >deaths in cold waters (and polluted).
