Guest guest
Ok. You can be the guinea pig. I pass :-))))) I'm convinced that most of us in the winter don't get enough sunlight. Several people have posted that upon vacationing in a sunnier clime, their sleep improved (whereas often in a strange bed, sleep is worse). In the winter, our bodies are completely covered with coats, gloves, trousers etc to keep warm. In the warmer months, our legs, arms and much more skin is exposed (even if we vainer folks keep our faces covered or sunscreened for protection) to create Vit D. Just anecdotal, but I remember as a child, a visitor to our home telling an amazing story about someone who had a breast lump - her doctor told her to sunbathe her breast - and , the lump disappeared!! on 3/15/2004 9:10 AM, Rodney at perspect1111@... wrote: > Perhaps I should stop > taking the calcium for a couple of weeks and see if the cramps return.
